There is an easy way to get what you want in 2011!
The first step is to identify exactly what you want. Look at today as if it were the last day of December 2011. Then, based on what you would like your life to look like on that day, you can work backwards to plan the year so you can achieve what you want. You can set markers along the way to be certain you are on track. If adjustments are needed, it’s easier to make them earlier in the year when you still have lots of time to get the results you expect.
There are three main areas you will typically want to target: Money; Career; and Relationships. Regardless of where you are in these areas right now, decide where you would like to be in each of them on December 31, 2011. Judgment does not play a role in this exercise, only your wants and desires do. If you are distracted by thoughts like “are you crazy, you can’t get that by the end of this year”, or anything like that, it’s ok, your natural human defenses are trying to protect you and keep you within your comfort zone. For now, ignore all these voices and only focus on what you want in 2011.
The Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier has a 3-Step Formula to help you get what you want. Rather than read the book, I will walk you through these steps over the next few blog posts. They are easy and you can do them. I am doing these exercises right along with you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask by posting your question in the reply box below. If you are serious about making a difference in your personal and professional life in 2011, I propose we support each other along the way. I challenge you to walk with me through 2011, plotting your successes as you approach the results you aim for by December 31, 2011!
