Depending on how long your dealership has been in business, you have a database filled with names of customers who have already proven their trust and confidence to purchase from you.  This is about a program that is much more effective than handing the rookie salesperson on the floor with a list of "orphan" customers that purchased a vehicle from your dealership in the past and "their" salesperson has moved on.  This is about a program that targets select customers for a very specific purpose.  This is an Extended Warranty Follow-up Program.

 

Before your customers manufacturer's comprehensive warranty expires, a reminder mail-out is sent to them, prompting the customer to call the dealership.  This is a golden opportunity to bring them into your dealership and interview them to determine their vehicle ownership intentions.  This provides an opportunity to introduce your new product line and current financing options to your customer.  Should they prefer to stay with their present vehicle, you now have an opportunity to present the extended warranty options available to them.

 

This program also works for customers who purchased an extended warranty on a new or used vehicle and are now coming to the expiry of that plan.
