There are really two ways to learn, by trial and error (the lengthy approach) or by professional educators. With many programs available to help you improve your skills, it's a good idea to research the courses and trainings from different companies as they are executed in various formats from individual, one-on-one, in-store programs to classroom group trainings and on-line education. Each trainer or presenter has a different style too. One style or setting may appeal to you more than another and you may learn better from one compared to another. It's a personal choice really and one isn't better the other, it's a matter of what works most effectively with your learning preference. Take the time to browse these web sites, call the different companies offering courses and trainings, ask lots of questions to determine if they will help you get closer to your targets and ask other successful Business Managers what their experience (if any) has been with these companies. Once you've gathered all that information, you are ready to assess which program you want to enroll in. The only thing we can tell you for sure, is to educate, educate, educate. Choose which program(s) work best for you and continue the learning process. Learning never stops because once you think you are at the top of your class and you are at your maximum production, it's time for you to turn the tables and teach others what you know.
